Not yet, but we have big goals!
If your fish have not yet been pulled into isolation tanks and fasted in preparation for shipping, yes, you can cancel your order without penalty. See our shipping policy.
Each fish is individually double bagged in shipping grade plastic bags. We add just a bit of Seachem Prime to each bag to prevent any ammonia build-up, and we limit the water to 30% of the volume of the bag to allow for generous gas exchange en route.
Send us an email at divineguppies@gmail.com, and we can discuss wholesale rates as well as delivery area and fees for retailers local to Charlotte, NC.
We do not ship juveniles, and we do not ship adults past their prime. All our shipped fish will be between 3 and 9 months old at the time of shipment, so you can anticipate many months of healthy, beautiful live breeding fish in your tanks.
We are committed to maintaining the beauty and strain specific qualities of our prize-winning guppy lines, so we do not ship juveniles. We grow out juveniles until we are sure that they conform to the color and trait of their strain, so you know you’ll always get exactly what you ordered.
No. Culls can be fun, but we do not ship them. If you would like to buy cull or mutt guppies, please visit your local fish store.
At Divine Guppies, we are committed to the highest standards of breeder integrity. We use all our own pictures, so the fish you see on the website is the fish you will get in the mail.
We buy from top-tier, dedicated breeders in East Asia who prioritize genetic diversity and guppy health.
Absolutely! All guppies are quarantined for at least 30 days upon arrival to us. This way we can watch them closely to ensure that we sell only healthy, strong, breed standard guppies to you.
Quarantine is always a prudent choice, and if you have particularly valuable or sensitive fish in your tanks already, you should always quarantine any new arrivals.
Absolutely not! Every one of our tanks has its own filter, and we clean tools between tanks.
